Adware Issues

Even after paying $.99 to get rid of ads, they keep appearing. Ive restarted and also uninstalled restored the app and the ad ad removal app from the App store. I still get full screen ads.
Cant say I did a fair test of the transfer system because I wont put it on my other iDevices. I have it on an iPad 2 running OS 7.1.
